Starting onsite last November (2018) Pristine London has recently completed the enabling works over at Lloyds Chambers, 1 Portsoken Street, E1.

Working with a new client, the contract sum in excess of £1M, with works completed successfully on budget and on programme.

The team undertook full strip out of the 9 floors totalling approximately 220,000 sq ft of office space. The building has now been returned to shell & core in preparation for a major refurbishment.

All waste from this site was recycled to reach the BREEAM Excellent rating.

Pristine London has also recently been awarded the Phase 2 works on this project, which will involve 3 floors of  heavy plant strip out.
