Pristine London is pleased to announce our appointment on the enabling works package at Lloyds Chambers, 1 Portsoken Street, E1, with a contract sum in excess of a million pounds.
Recently starting onsite, Pristine London are undertaking a full strip out of approximately 220,000 sq ft of office space across 9 floors. The building will be taken from CAT B back to shell & core in preparation for a substantial refurbishment. Pristine London will also be assisting the team with investigation works.
The works are following the BREEAM efficiency rating, subsequently strict guidelines will be followed with all recycling and removal of waste materials.
The project is located in the heart of the city so logistics and strict traffic management are also essential.
