We are excited to share the time lapse footage of our completed £2.5 million enabling works project in the heart of Islington for Working Title School.

Recently rebranded as the London Screen Academy, it will be a new film production Free School providing a thousand Sixth Form places.

The Pristine London team were appointed to undertake full strip out, lead paint removal, the demolition of an existing roof structure, full design responsibility for all temporary works which included installation of approximately 80 tonnes of steel, the removal of the rear façade and internal concrete cutting and breaking to create an atrium within the building. This included the removal of 25,000 sq ft of slab across the 5 floors.

It’s been a fantastic project to be involved in! The team have recently started on the second phase of this project to undertake Builders Works.  We are looking forward to sharing further updates on this soon!
